  Left rudely and I apologise. Tried to get some bloody night nurse for a cold and sinus problem and explained with an eye condition I can't have anything with steroids. I was told you can't have nightnurse as it causes pressure in the eye. They were trying to be helpful but the antihistamine in night nurse as with any many are not good for an eye condition. It's because people use it as a sleeping aid. They knew I knew this and immediately assumed that was the only reason I wanted to purchase this product. I mean for goodness sake if you have a cold and congested nose and sinus problem you want a good sleep.

  Absolutely awful service. I’ve not been sick for years. The hospital sent my prescription to this pharmacy when I went to pick it up at 7 pm she told me I had an hours wait. Even though there was nobody there she said they were very busy! Then had the cheek to offer me to go and pick it up elsewhere if i preferred. I am shocked, The service was diabolical and her attitude wasn’t much better. Avoid!!!!

  Because they normally make me wait one hour until my prescriptions are ready I have tried calling them first now. Unfortunately they don't pick up the phone very often. Today they did and the woman was rude and ended up hanging the phone. I understand they are busy but so are we and having to wait around for an hour every time we need something from then seems unreasonable. And it is beyond unacceptable that they are rude, not answer the phone or avoid answering questions.

  This pharmacy is very poor and inconvenient. They seem to always make mistakes and have extremely long wait times for medication which is difficult when you’ve just popped in to pick up medication. I don’t think I’ve had one simple experience with this pharmacy, it’s always complicated for one reason or another.
